Dance Camp for women/girls

Week 31: Sunday July 31st - Saturday August 6th

You can choose to participate the whole weel from Sunday to Saturday, or you can settle for a half week from Wednesday to Saturday. You can also participate one day Friday with or without accommodation.

Whole week: Check-in Sunday July 31st between 17.00 and 19.00
Half week: Check-in Wednesday August 3rd between 12.00 og 15.00
Single day: Check-in Friday August 5th at 10.00

Friday Dinner & Party from 19.30: 300 DKK
Friday Party at 21.00: 100 DKK

At the camp you can choose daily between a lot of different workshops: Hip Hop, Dancehall, Reggaetón, Twerk, Girly Hip Hop, Dance Mix, Jazz Ballet, Modern Dance, Chair Dance, Burlesque, Lady Style Salsa, Afro Beats and Cuban dance and more

We also have Yoga and stretch, and for those who feel like it, you have the option to play Volleyball or another sport. At the high school there is a swimming pool and gym which can also be used. 

The high school itself is near Præstø city, where there is a small beautiful beach. From Copenhagen, it only takes 1 hour by car, and it is easy to get there with public transportation.

Danse Camp for kvinder/piger

Uge 31: søndag 31. juli - lørdag 6. august 

Du kan vælge at deltage hele ugen fra søndag til lørdag, eller nøjes med en halv camp fra onsdag til lørdag. Du kan også deltage en enkelt dag fredag med eller uden overnatning.

Hel uge: Check-in søndag d. 31. juli mellem kl. 17.00 og 19.00
Halv uge: Check-in onsdag d. 3. august mellem kl. 14.00 og 15.00
Enkeltdag: Check-in fredag d. 5. august er kl. 10.00

På campen kan du dagligt vælge mellem en masse forskellige workshops blandt: Hip Hop, Dancehall, Reggaetón, Twerk, Girly Hip Hop, Dance Mix, Jazz Ballet, Moderne Dans, Chair Dance, Burlesque, Lady Style Salsa, Afrobeat og Cubanske danse mm.

Vi har også Yoga og udstrækning, og for dem som har lyst er der også mulighed for at spille lidt Volleyball eller andet sport. På højskolen er der en svømmehal og træningscenter som også kan benyttes.

Selve højskolen ligger tæt på Præstø by, hvor der også er en lille skøn strand. Fra København derned, tager det kun 1 time i bil, og det også nemt at komme frem med offentlig transport.
